Stock Signature Homes Reports Strong Sales throughout SWFL

Stock Signature Homes reported strong sales as it continues to expand its reach throughout Southwest Florida.  The luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development has furnished models that are completed, under construction, or poised to begin construction in communities and neighborhoods from Marco Island north to Bradenton.  The unprecedented expansion includes homes in The Concession in Bradenton, Three Villages within Lakewood Ranch, Bay Woods at Bonita Bay, communities in Collier and Lee counties by Stock Development, Babcock Ranch, Estuary at Grey Oaks, TwinEagles, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, The Isles of Collier Preserve, the Park Shore and Pine Ridge neighborhoods in Naples, on Marco Island, and in Palm Beach.

 

Since purchasing 15 home sites in Bay Woods at Bonita Bay in third quarter 2014, Stock has completed four models.  Three of the models have sold and the fourth made its debut in June.  Contracts for seven end-user residences have been processed, two of which are for custom homes priced in excess of $3 million.  With just three buildable home sites remaining, Bay Woods is on the verge of being sold out.  Offered for $3,246,415 with furnishings, the 4,500 square feet Savannah model that opened in June features an open concept floor plan with a grand room that flows into a formal dining room, an island kitchen with a breakfast area, a study with a beamed ceiling detail, a three-car garage, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths plus a pool bath, and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, dining and conversation areas, and a pool and spa.  The grand room, study, master bedroom, and a guest suite open to the outdoor living area.

 

In Estuary at Grey Oaks, Stock sold its award-winning Neapolitan estate model for $7 million less than 90 days after it was completed.  The 7,019 square feet under air, two-story Aqualane estate model is under construction in Estuary.  Designed by RG Designs, the floor plan includes numerous large yet extremely inviting spaces that make the residence ideal for entertaining and family gatherings.  Expected to be completed in spring, 2017, the furnished Aqualane model features an interior by Soco Interiors and is currently priced at $7,295,000.

 

Since selling its first furnished model in Naples’ Park Shore neighborhood in the spring of 2014, Stock has completed and sold six estate homes in Park Shore, the Moorings, and Crayton Road.  Two new models are under construction, the 4,189 square feet Astoria III on Anchor Road and the 4,189 square feet under air Astoria IV on Crayton Road, both scheduled for completion in January, 2017.  Stock recently celebrated the Grand Opening of its Caribbean style model at 3750 Fountainhead Lane in Park Shore.  Priced at $3,795,000 with furnishings, the 4,189 square feet under air two-story model features an interior by Clive Daniel Home.  The floor plan offers a living room that features a fireplace, a two-story ceiling, and opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, and a pool and spa.  The plan includes a first floor master suite, an office, and an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry.  Three guest bedrooms with full baths are located upstairs along with a loft overlooking the first floor.  The plan also features a three-car garage.

 

Stock’s 4,155 square feet Windsor model in Lake Estates at TwinEagles has sold and remains open for viewing.  Lake Estates showcases south or west-facing lakefront home sites 110-feet wide and 150-feet deep with views of a 34-acre lake.  Base-priced at $869,990, the Windsor’s great room plan includes a formal dining room, an island kitchen, his and her studies, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a covered lanai with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and two two-car garages. 

 

Stock is offering estate homes on 90 x 160-feet lots in TwinEagles’ Hedgestone neighborhood.  Unfurnished, move-in ready residences will be completed by the end of 2016.  The 3,699 square feet, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath unfurnished Regency Manor is priced at $1,544,030.  The 3,375 square feet unfurnished Muirfield V residence is currently priced at $1,370,430 and offers a massive living room, a formal dining room, an island kitchen, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a study, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage.  The 3,591 square feet Glenmore great room floor plan includes four bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and island kitchen, a lanai with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage.  The unfurnished Glenmore is priced at $1,487,125.

 

Stock purchased twenty-five 90-foot home sites within Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples’ Arrezo neighborhood, 50% of which have sold.  The previously sold furnished Glenmore model remains open for viewing in Arrezo and presents an interior by Soco Interiors.  Stock also purchased seventeen 100-foot home sites within the community’s Salara neighborhood and has completed two furnished models, the Windsor III that showcases an interior by Vogue Interiors and the Majorca  II that features an interior by Soco Interiors.  The 4,155 square feet Windsor III model is offered at $2,086,590 fully-furnished.  The furnished, 4,121 square feet Majorca II model is priced at $1,999,990.

 

Stock’s Magnolia Collection at The Isles of Collier Preserve includes twenty-eight 90-foot home sites showcasing preserve and water views.  The recently opened Cocoplum model is one of four Magnolia Collection floor plans that range from 3,578 to 3,972 square feet under air and are base priced from $889,990 to $949,990.  Base-priced at $899,990, the 3,641 square feet Cocoplum plan includes 1,004 square feet of covered lanai space.  Stock expects to complete its furnished Marigold model at Isles of Collier Preserve in November.  Base-priced at $889,990, the Marigold plan includes 3,578 square feet under air plus a covered lanai measuring 1,062 square feet.  The Marigold model is priced at $1,675,785 and will feature an interior by Vogue Interiors.  An unfurnished, move-in ready Marigold residence is under construction and priced at $1,361,510 including $306,520 in options.

 

Stock is building new furnished models on Marco Island.  The 3,903 square feet two-story Polynesia will feature an interior by Soco.  The open concept plan includes a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, an upstairs loft, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa.  The 3,629 square feet, two-story Malibu model will present an interior by Vogue Interiors.  The great room plan includes a formal dining room, second floor loft, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a spacious outdoor living area and a three car garage.  Soco will create the interior for the 3,771 square feet, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bath Malibu II model.  The great room plan includes a formal dining room, a welcoming outdoor living area, and a three car garage.

 

Soco is also designing the interior for the 4,369 square feet Clairborne II to be built in the Pine Ridge neighborhood in North Naples.  The plan includes a great room and island kitchen, a formal dining room and study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a bonus room that opens to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa, and two two-car garages.  A second Clairborne II model in Pine Ridge will feature an interior by Vogue Interiors.
